What services do you offer?
Matchability provides Person Centred Capacity Building Supports with a focus on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) . We also provide Social Work services including assesment and advice, as well as Training and Consultancy services to other service providers.

WE DO NOT HAVE A WAITLIST, HOWEVER, YOU CAN EXPRESS YOUR INTEREST IN OUR SERVICE AND WE'LL BE INCONTACT TO LET YOU KNOW CURRENT CAPACITY.
What is your cancellation policy?
IT'S 24 HRS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. THIS USUALLY ONLY APPLIES IF WE ATTEND AN APPOINTMENT AND NO ONE IS AVAILABLE. NDIS RULES STATE THAT CANCELLATIONS SHOULD ONLY BE CHARGED WHRE ALTERNATE WORK CANNOT BE ARRANGED.
DO YOU APPLY A PER KILOMETER TRAVEL CHARGE?
WE DON'T CHARGE CENTS PER KLMS. THIS COST IS ABSORBED AND ALLOWS MORE NDIS FUNDS TO BE SPENT ON WHAT MATTERS.
